As a young man Eric filled the margins of his math textbooks with flip-book doodles of Japanese monsters. He dragged hapless friends and family in to star in my Super-8 epics. He drew elaborate plans for roller coasters and haunted-house rides.
Ultimately Eric attended both USC Film School and Art Center College of Design. "We learned to do it the hard way: rubylith and rubber cement, Oxberrys and exposure sheets. You youngsters don't know how good you have it." Eric worked freelance for clients like Ballys, LA Gear, TransAmerica and AFI.
