Alison Grayson is one of those lucky people who knew her calling at an early age. She fell in love with film and video production in high school, and then went on to get her BS in Video Production from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. Her first job out of college, conducting man on the street interviews for a NBC website, confirmed her love of unscripted production, multitasking on the job, and meeting new people through production.
Life brought Alison to Portland, OR, where she has made a career of freelancing throughout the Pacific NW and on international productions. Focusing in location sound, Alison’s specialty is working on documentary/non-fiction productions. She is also a filmmaker, having recently produced her first feature documentary, The Love of Beer. Alison’s past experience includes camera operations, gaffing/grip, producing, directing, production assistance, and editing.
Ed Henry of April Films and HD Cuisine is a veteran director, director of photography and master in the art of premium commercial cinematography, Ed recently focused his artistic vision to create unique and beautiful motionphotography for food, food related projects and other in-studio projects that allow him to use his own specialized technology to create one-of-a-kind camera movements, lighting and motion within the image frame.
Educated at Brooks Institute of Photography Santa Barbara and the Directing program at AFI, Ed’s credits include 4 feature length films, television series for E!Entertainment and Spectravision along with award winning television spots and shorts. The many awards Ed has earned include the Distinguished Filmaking Award from the AngelCiti Film Festival for Director of Photography and the SilverAward from the Houston Worldfest for Best Narrative Short.
Kaja Zaloudek has the reputation and talent for getting things done, no matter how daunting a project may be. She is experienced in the gamut of television production roles from Writer to Executive Producer to Line Producer. She has produced original television programming, broadcast commercials, corporate and industrial videos as well as television movies for USA Network.
She served as a Project Manager at the Oregon Film and Video Office for two years where she worked on many film and video projects shot in the Northwest. Kaja has demonstrated that she has the discipline and organizational finesse to bring projects in on schedule and on budget and her wide range of experience brings added value to every project she takes on.

As a filmmaker, Jason worked in every aspect of the production pipeline on a wide range of production sizes, including large national ads, independent film both short and long form and small local productions.
Jason brings to the table a unique visual aesthetic coupled with a deep understanding of the technical elements of the entire production workflow.
His goal on every project is to visually tell a story that creates an emotional connection with the intended audience. To do this there has to be a marriage between the story elements and the technical production elements.

Randy has over 30 years of experience photographing hundreds of projects all over the United States and 10 countries around the world. He's photographed 23 feature films as a first or second unit Director of Photography.
Randy's also shot narrative and documentary style television projects for all of the major networks and cable channels including NBC, CBS, ABC, PBS, BBC, HBO, MTV, Showtime, Discovery, Animal Planet and National Geographic. In addition, numerous commercial, corporate, and documentary film credits.
