“Made From Scratch Buttermilk Biscuits Are Better”

72 and Sunny did some nationwide research into Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s employees that really cared about their jobs, and their food. Interestingly, they found four dedicated workers in the Portland Metro area. So they took them all to Los Angeles and shot some spots where they demonstrated their work process and dedication.

By the time they had finished editing the spots, the dialogue sounded a little rough, though. So they flew up their producers, brought all the talent to us at REX, and we recorded all new tracks to match what they had said over time and after editing in the original session. As we would conclude recording each talent we would send the files to LA where was waiting to finesse the clips into place.

We had to schedule a last minute ADR session for a commercial and Tara, their producer and Business Manager, was able to shift around schedules and really saved us! Russ our engineer is a delight to work with, he was able to patch in our studio in LA and the entire session ran very smoothly. Their studio is beautiful everyone was super helpful.”
